We keep track of our general lab reagents  using Google Sheets.

​The strain list complete with strain designation, genotype and other info is contained there. If you make a new strain you should add it to the spreadsheet. 

All strains need to be frozen down in at least triplicate and added to the -80 worm strains stock spreadsheet. If you thaw a strain you must annotate it in this spreadsheet and refreeze the strain as soon as it is healthy enough to do so post thaw.

All plasmids are annotated in the Plasmid Spreadsheet. If you generate a new plasmid - add it to this list with all the appropriate info.

We have a few antibodies on hand and if you order anything new please update the spreadsheet.
